C&P operates in complex international environments where commercial, institutional and sovereign considerations may intersect. Our work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, professional standards and the requirements of each mandate.

Legal and regulatory framework

C&P conducts its activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the contractual and professional requirements governing each mandate.

Conflicts of interest

Potential conflicts are assessed before and during a mandate. Where a conflict cannot be appropriately managed, C&P may decline or discontinue an engagement.

Confidentiality and discretion

Information received in the course of our work is handled with appropriate discretion and in accordance with applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Third parties and counterparties

Depending on the nature of a mandate, C&P may conduct appropriate checks on prospective clients, partners, intermediaries or counterparties, including where sanctions, integrity or reputational considerations are relevant.

Professional judgement

C&P reserves the right to decline or discontinue any mandate that is incompatible with applicable law, professional standards or the interests and reputation of the firm.
